Nature of the Site

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail records, court records, booking photographs, warrants, or custody files, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file documents.

The site points visitors toward Washington County jail and inmate-record resources and may connect visitors with third-party research tools. Colorado public-record rights under CORA, C.R.S. 24-72-201 et seq., and criminal-justice record access under CCJRA, C.R.S. 24-72-301 et seq., must be exercised with the public agency that maintains the record.
